What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a motivated, experienced, and knowledgeable Service Distribution Account Manager to directly collaborate with multiple 3rd Party Warehousing partners and ensure operational excellence across LatAm markets. This person will be responsible for ensuring our partners maintain contractual key performance indicators, adhere to Tesla policies, and provide first-class support to Tesla’s Vehicle Service and Energy Teams.

What You'll Do
  • Act as liaison to 3rd Party Warehouses to ensure adherence to Tesla policies and procedures
  • Lead part certification efforts across each Latin America market to ensure trade compliance
  • Audit 3rd Party Warehouses to verify Tesla-mandated standards are met
  • Effectively communicate and evaluate warehouse key performance standards (KPI) including costs, dock-to-stock, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, quality, and other critical performance criteria for both 3rd Party Warehouses as well as internal Distribution Centers
  • Program-manage and coordinate the launch of new Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouses. Drive cost-reduction initiatives with 3PL partner
  • Collaborate with Tesla business partners to align on standards, operational improvement, and goals
  • Role may include some travel between sites, and will be based in Montevideo, Uruguay

What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years related experience in warehousing, fulfillment, and/or operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on impact
  • Ability to learn, communicate and train other on complex processes. Ability to present warehouse performance and status updates effectively to executive leadership
  • Self-motivated, open-minded, collaborative, resourceful, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to identify root cause, solve problems in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Candidates must be self-starters, organized, and have the ability to manage multiple P&L entities
