About the Role We are seeking a highly autonomous, deeply tech-savvy AI & Agentic Marketing Lead to revolutionize how we execute our marketing initiatives. In this role, you won’t just manage tasks or oversee agencies; you will act as a "hands-on keyboard" builder. You will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing full-fledged AI marketing agents, automated pipelines, and generative workflows that scale our operations.

The ideal candidate possesses a natural instinct to take immediate initiative. You are someone who sees a manual marketing task, uncovers the inefficiencies, and independently figures out "how" to build an AI-driven system to replace it.

Responsibilities:

• Build & Execute: Hands-on creation and deployment of end-to-end marketing campaigns using generative AI, autonomous agents, and advanced automation frameworks.
• Automate Pipelines: Identify manual bottlenecks in marketing (e.g., content creation, lead scoring, email outreach, data analysis) and replace them with fully automated, agentic workflows.
• Prompt Engineering & System Design: Develop, refine, and maintain complex prompt libraries and AI architectures to ensure high-quality, on-brand marketing outputs.
• Cross-Functional Tech Integration: Act as the bridge between Marketing and Technology, integrating AI tools via APIs (using tools like Zapier, Make.com, or n8n) into our existing CRM and marketing platforms.
• Own the Outcomes: Take full ownership of AI marketing initiatives from ideation to deployment, ensuring they launch on time and hit targeted business objectives.
• Anticipate & Optimize: Proactively identify AI hallucinations, API limitations, or system roadblocks and engineer creative solutions or fallbacks before issues escalate.
• Document & Standardize: Create clear documentation, SOPs, and prompt guidelines so the wider team can leverage the systems you build.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Track the performance of AI-generated campaigns and use data insights to continuously fine-tune models and workflows.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (growth, operations, campaign management), preferably in a remote environment.
• Applied AI Knowledge: Deep, hands-on experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E), and advanced prompt engineering in real-world marketing scenarios.
• Automation Expertise: Proven ability to build complex multi-step automations using tools like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or custom API scripts.
• Agentic Frameworks: Practical experience with or a strong understanding of agentic AI frameworks (e.g., custom GPTs, LangChain, crewAI, AutoGPT) is a massive plus.
• True "Agentic" Mindset: You don't wait for direction. You proactively identify problems and build technical solutions to solve them independently.
• Hands-on Marketer: You understand the fundamentals of marketing (SEO, paid media, email, conversion rate optimization) and know exactly how to supercharge them with AI.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, specifically in translating complex technical concepts into actionable marketing strategies.
• Organization: Highly analytical, execution-focused, and capable of managing your own project timelines and resources.
