Responsibilities:


Support the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and facilitating introductions to team members.
Help maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and surveys to measure employee satisfaction.
Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Handle basic employee inquiries and provide initial support in resolving HR-related issues or concerns.
Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee wellness initiatives, and organizational development projects.
Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.


Qualifications:


Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in human resources and a desire to pursue a career in HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards personal and professional growth.
Previous internship or coursework experience in HR or related field is preferred but not required.
