DocDelta is hiring Associate Survey Project Managers.

• Remote (Work-from-home)

• Work Schedule: Eastern Time/ Pacific Time (US)
• Full-Time
• US $400 (could be higher based on skills and experience)

The Healthcare Survey Project Manager will join a dynamic Team of a growing US-based healthcare technology company providing data-collection services for market research, consulting, and pharmaceutical customers.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Project Managers and the Operations Team in the day-to-day operations related to the whole life cycle of market research projects.
• Provide proactive client and consultative client communication on assigned projects through exceptional service and responsiveness to their needs (i.e. delivering regular updates on fielding progress, identifying potential challenges, and recommending solutions to ensure project success).
• Ensure that set up, sampling, and fielding are aligned to meet the project targets.
• Organize and update project-related files

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Data Science); an MA/PhD or research-oriented degree is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in market research project management or an equivalent role (knowledge of the U.S. healthcare space is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously and accurately.
• Familiarity with, or strong willingness to learn, quantitative/ qualitative research methodologies and data collection techniques.
• Customer service-oriented mindset, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of project management.
• Ability to follow established procedures, while also identifying and recommending improvements for increased efficiency.
• Adaptability to work in both a collaborative team environment and independently, with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
