Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BIM drafting projects from inception to completion, coordinating resources and monitoring progress to ensure successful delivery
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
• Develop accurate 3D BIM models based on architectural drawings, sketches, and client requirements.
• Create detailed construction documents and technical drawings.
• Ensure adherence to BIM and client standards by maintaining model quality control in coordination with the architects’ team.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture
• 3+ years of experience managing large scale architectural drafting or BIM projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and architectural processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Experience working in or with outsourcing teams is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools and platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Fluent English is required – only advanced speakers will be considered.
