About the Team:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate User Experience Designer to join the team responsible for ensuring a seamless overall user experience across our product suite. The candidate will help design for one or more cross-cutting areas of our suite that impact the overall user experience. We are passionate about building products at scale that help employers become great places to work.

About the Role:

UKG is looking for a UI & UX Designer to join its world-class engineering team. You will play a key role in the development of our products, in a highly collaborative, agile environment. We work in small teams with daily stand-ups, regular releases, and a culture of ownership.

  • Translate strategy, business requirements, and usability best practices into high-quality designs that support and reinforce UKG’s product vision, brand, and business objectives

  • Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity user interface design for all devices

  • Collaborate with other designers to properly define product design requirements definition

  • Apply interaction design tools and techniques to create rapid prototyping

  • Apply user testing methodologies to evaluate and/or observe early user experience concepts

  • Perform daily design tasks and assist your product team with user acceptance testing and timely iterations

  • Use or apply AI tools to improve daily work, processes, or UX design

  • Have a basic or intermediate knowledge of code or implementation

Basic Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of hands-on development experience or relevant experience

  • 2-3 years of experience with user-centric design methodologies

  • 2-3 years of experience using Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design or related discipline

Experience with AI tools for content creation, designing different types of user interfaces, creating AI agents with specific roles to assist with tasks


Strong communication skills

Self-starter
