About the Role:
As an Integration Consultant, you will be an integral member of a dynamic team owning the launch of our UKG Pro WFM (Workforce Management) solutions. In this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality solutions and providing excellent consulting services to our customers while ensuring the quality and excellence of requested integrations. Performance is typically measured by delivery of agreed-to solutions within budgeted hours.

**This is a hybrid role. The employee will be expected to work onsite at UKG's Montevideo office 2-3 days/week**

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • As part of Global Integration Team, you will work with a variety of members including implementation teams and the integration team to provide delivery and support of integration requirements for UKG Products
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants, communicating and understanding the goals required to complete required tasks on time and budget
  • Assess, design, and develop integrations that meet customer requirements
  • Assist Services teams with integration discovery and scoping
  • Work within a cloud-based environment
  • Lead internal and external meetings with customers and vendors
  • Manage integration timelines including but not limited to notifying clients of changes to task dates or assigned resources
  • Maintain project management tools for all integration projects

Basic Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a Professional Services consulting environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in database querying, programming and web services, web transfer methods, file management, and/or cloud technology

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in specialized functional areas (HRIS, Benefits, HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • Development languages (.NET, Java, JavaScript, JSON, SQL)
  • Development tools (source control, defect tracking tools, Postman, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Integration Processes and Methodologies
  • Fluency in French (optional, but valued)
