Main Purpose:

Take full control of 3rd Floor Reception providing excellent service to our internal/external customers by showing professionalism, proactivity and dynamism and complying with the specified responsibilities.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Reception, Secretarial or hospitality studies.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Reception or Secretarial positions.
  • Excellent customer service focus.
  • Ability to work independently and in coordination with the team.
  • Ability to work with different tasks at the same time.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Languages: excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or more).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering, forwarding and taking messages for switchboard phone calls.
  • Welcoming visitors, guests, vendors and candidates.
  • Keep the 3rd floor Reception area well organized, clean and tidy at all times.
  • Travel management
  • Taxi/Remise coordination.
  • Receive, organize, register and send correspondence in coordination with national/international courier vendors.
  • Coordinate internal visits from abroad
  • Meeting rooms booking and catering coordination
  • Create purchase orders for services under Reception Team´s responsibility.
  • Coordinate with employees and vendor the printing of business cards.
  • Administrative tasks in general
