POSITION OVERVIEW

The Salesforce Administrator will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment.
The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and Health cloud CRM user adoption.
The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with Commercial Management and our client' stakeholders to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes as well as evaluate and optimize existing processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Serve as primary System Administrator for our client's health cloud CRM
2. Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, flows and processes, and other routine tasks
3. Ensure appropriate sharing models are implemented and maintained
4. Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
5. Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations, including integrated third-party apps
6. Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests, including Sandbox testing in coordination with Science 37 integration teams
7. Work with management, users, and stakeholders to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
8. Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
9. Maintain library of function-specific user guides and knowledge base
10. Develop and maintain system documentation and processes around change requests, testing, and deployment

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Qualifications
You must reside in LATAM
1. 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Health Cloud)
2. Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or related topic
3. Salesforce.com Admin or Advanced Admin certification preferred
4. Demonstrated ability using API with Salesforce integrations
5. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel
6. Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
7. Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows/flows/processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
8. In-Depth understanding of Salesforce.com best practices, products and functionality
9. Ability to lead cross-functional working sessions to gather user requirements/specifications and translate to new processes and system configurations
10. Proficiency in creating profiles, assigning roles, and managing access
11. A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
12. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements

Skills/Competencies

1. Strong communication and presentation skills – Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly, both orally and in writing.
2. Computer skills – Expert knowledge of MS Office suite. Able to generate business correspondence, create forms and generate reports as required. Proficiency with MS Excel required.
3. Technical Skills – Salesforce administrator certified, advanced API knowledge and demonstrated ability to use complex data visualization tools required.
4. Team and collaborative capabilities – Commitment to collaboration, within and across departments. Leverages each team member’s unique background and perspective to achieve team goals while providing clear direction and accountabilities.
5. Interpersonal Savvy - Understands interpersonal and group dynamics and reacts in an effective and tactful manner. Has a range of interpersonal skills and approaches with ability to select a best fit approach.
6. Practice’s professionalism and integrity in all actions – Demonstrated ability to foster concepts of teamwork, cooperation, self- control, and flexibility to get the work done. The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment. Able to successfully work in a decentralized team environment. Skilled in situational responsive decision-making.
7. Excellent problem-solving and people skills- Communicate ideas effectively to resolve conflicts and achieve business goals.
8. Ability to work independently, self-directed, strong work ethic and adherence to deadlines.
9. Ability to be flexible and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
