Job Title: Commercial Head
Location: Uruguay
Experience: 15+ years

Job Summary:
The Commercial Head will be responsible for leading and driving the commercial strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This role will oversee sales, marketing, pricing, business development, and customer relationship management to ensure alignment with the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across all business verticals.
- Lead and manage the sales, marketing, and business development teams & coordinating with customers etc.
- Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and customer account management.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand market presence.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, product, and supply chain teams.
- Monitor key commercial KPIs and deliver regular performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in a commercial leadership role.
- Proven track record in driving revenue and profitability.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and business analytics.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

- Candidate must be fluent in or willing to learn Spanish.
