Job Description

• Gathering and documenting business requirements

• Improving workflows and increasing efficiency

• Analyzing data for insights and mitigating risks

• Managing change processes

• Coordinating project delivery

Functions & Duties

This position will also support business analyst efforts, requiring:

Business requirement gathering and documentation

• Workflow improvement and efficiency strategies

• Data analysis and risk mitigation

• Change management processes

• Project coordination and delivery

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Strong data analysis skills, including data manipulation, cleansing, and visualization.

• Experience in modeling business processes.

• Highly proficient English communication skills (A MUST).

• MUST: High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Power BI

• Other Products: Visio, SharePoint, One Drive and Teams

• Project Management: Airtable, Jira, Azure

• SQL Query Development.

Workspace Requirement

• Ability to perform remotely, while on live camera with office equipment (preferred).

• Quality desktop or laptop computer with a good microphone and video camera.

• Reliable Internet connection.

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Time Range: 09:00 PST - 17:00 PST

Shift Duration: 8 hours

Compensation: Competitive compensation in USD (Rates aligned with the local market)
