We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our company.

What you will be doing

• Lead the implementation of strategic operational initiatives to optimize efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and refine processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
• Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of projects.
• Oversee vendor and partner relationships, negotiating contracts and managing performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality assurance standards.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Champion the adoption and optimization of technology solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in Financial or Payments Operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business functions, including Legal, Finance, IT, and supply chain management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven track record of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in the payments industry or fintech environment is a strong advantage.
